The most obvious would be the Scarface character Alejandro Sosa, who was an international drug dealer and Tony Montana’s boss of sorts.

We know how much other rappers like to liken themselves to Tony Montana, Chief Keef takes it one step higher and compared himself to Sosa, who was the one that made Tony Montana rich and got him killed. He is saying he is above other rappers.
