You mean how do I learn it? I had a great teacher at the elementary school, probably that's why I felt interested in English in the first place. It's been a long time now, but I keep learning it on my own, so no wonder I know it well. I just read interesting books or other materials in English, watch movies, talk with natives when I have such opportunity, etc.
Dagot7, по поводу чтения даже не знаю, я читаю без проблем, вроде. С практикой приходит, если читать регулярно WSJ, например, можно вслух. И то, всегда новые выражения и слова узнаёшь, полностью язык невозможно выучить до уровня образованного натива, разве что лет 20 жить в стране, тогда тебе будет проще общаться на английском, а не на русском. Произношение - слушать зарубежное радио, фильмы без переводов. По грамматике я использую Murphy's English Grammar in Use 3rd Edition (Oxford Uni Press, по-моему), там дана вся нужная грамматика с упражнениями на закрепление. Главное, чтобы выучить язык на нормальном уровне, он тебе должен нравиться, как и сам процесс изучения - надо выбирать интересный для себя материал, из-под палки не получится.
