Next month on October 11th, hip-hop veterans The Rza and The Gza, of Wu-Tang Clan fame, will be competing in a chess match against 2 UFC Fighters. Rich Franklin and Jeff Monson will be facing off against the rappers in this charity event that will be held at at the historic San Francisco Cow Palace.


The 2nd Annual "Chess Kings Invitational", which is brought to us by The Hip Hop Chess Federation, is an event to promote education through Hip Hop and chess for today's at-risk youth.

Adisa Banjoko, who is the CEO said, "We are enthusiastic and grateful to all the celebrities, kids and educators coming together for the Chess Kings Invitational...This invitational is going to be an incredible event.
