Ask anyone who's heard "Christology in Laymen's Terms 101" and they will most likely tell you it's a classic.
This is the album that raised the bar in Christian Rap. It is quite possibly the best Christian rap album ever made.
Why? 1. Ambassador's lyrics, which are composed intricately but still are put into language the thugs can understand
2. Ambassador's flow which is different yet tasteful on every song 3. Ambassador's beats are not wack, they could be beats
for 50 or anybody else. You will not be disappointed by this joint. It's about the only album I can listen to all the way
through without skipping a single song. They're all perfect, but my top 3 have gotta be: What A Relief, Loophole,
and Psalm 23 (when you hear Psalm 23 you'll know why that track is so sick) Like I said, if you're picking this one up,
you're picking up a classic.

When I was in the world...I loved HIP HOP....I am so thankfuland glad that these cats like Ambassador, Phanatik,
Da Truth, KJ 52, CM and all the others are holding it down for the most HIGH GOD. Hip hop is music and since God
created music, why not use HIP HOP to glorify HIM...it's all about Kingdom building. All that to say that this CD
is off the chains. It's definitely one that you would want t add to your collection. My favorite cut from this ablum
would have to be"Get you Open". The bass is so tight and the rhymes...well nuff said...just go out and cop this one for
yourself and I guarantee you won't be disappointed. Much love and grace to the CM FAM and all of those holding it down
for the Holy one. Jesus is Lord!

Review by Wes for The Ambassador : Christology In Laymen's Terms 2004-11-24
Any fan of the Cross Movement knows that the Ambassdor is the undisputed lyrical champ of the CM camp. In my opinion,
he is the top lyricist in all of Holy Hip Hop and he's in my top 10 of best emCees of all time! His 1999 solo album
release, "Christology: In Laymen's Terms" is the Ambassadors first solo album, but the Cross Movement's 3rd overall
project and it exceeds all expectations. Every song is a head nodder, but the Ambassador lyrically shines on all them
as well. My top tracks on the album are "Thug Joint", "Whirwind", "Honor and Glory", and "It was Love".
These are just the songs I played the most. But, every track is incredible, and every rhyme is unforgettable!
The only thing better than this will be "Christology 102". Get the album!
